About Modam Health

Built by Operators.
Designed for Health System Growth.

Modam Health was founded by healthcare executives who have spent their careers building, scaling, and operating ambulatory platforms from inside leading health systems. We created Modam because health systems deserve an operating partner — not another consulting firm.

Our Difference

Why Our Team Is Different

Most teams advise. Ours has built and operated — inside the very health systems we now partner with.

01

Operators First

Every leader here has run networks, not just advised on them. We have owned P&Ls, opened locations, and managed clinical operations at scale.

02

Health System DNA

Our experience was built from inside leading health systems. We understand the constraints, the politics, and the pace — because we have lived it.

03

Builders, Not Advisors

We do not hand over a deck and walk away. We build, develop, and operate alongside our partners — accountable for the outcomes we promise.

04

Accountable to Outcomes

We measure success by operational performance in market — not by meetings held or strategies drafted.

Our Story

Why We Started Modam

Healthcare is changing faster than ever before.

Consumers expect healthcare to work like every other industry — easy to find, easy to schedule, convenient to access, and digitally connected.

Most health systems were never designed for this reality.

After years leading ambulatory strategy, operations, consumer growth, and network expansion inside one of the nation's largest integrated health systems, we saw an opportunity.

Instead of advising from the outside, we built Modam to partner alongside health systems to design, develop, and operate modern ambulatory platforms.

We believe execution matters more than strategy alone.

Core Values

What We Believe

The principles that guide how we build, partner, and operate.

01

Healthcare is a Consumer Category

Consumers expect healthcare to work like every other industry — easy to find, easy to schedule, and convenient to access. We design every experience around that expectation.

02

Operating, Not Advising

Strategy without execution is noise. We build, develop, and operate alongside our partners — accountable for the outcomes we promise.

03

Ambulatory is the Next Growth Engine

Ambulatory care is where health systems win or lose in the years ahead. We help them win — with platforms designed for scale and consumer growth.

04

Real Estate is Product

Where and how a location opens is part of the consumer experience. We treat site selection, development, and design as core to the platform.

Building the Next Generation of Ambulatory Care

We partner with health systems ready to modernize access, expand strategically, and build ambulatory platforms designed for the future.
