He leads the company’s strategy, partnerships, business development, and platform operations, working alongside executive teams to turn vision into execution.

Ellie Rajcevich is Vice President of Partner Operations at Modam Health, where she works alongside health system partners to build and operate modern ambulatory platforms that deliver exceptional patient experiences and sustainable operational performance. She leads partner operations, ensuring strategy is translated into high-performing clinical operations, integrated workflows, and scalable execution.
